Welcome to Next Level Calendars. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of NextLevelCalendars.com, including any purchases, accounts, communications, content, products, and services offered through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “Next Level Calendars,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Next Level Calendars. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website or purchasing our products.

By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, joining a waitlist, subscribing to communications, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase through our website.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

2. Our Products

Next Level Calendars creates oversized 4-foot-by-3-foot dry-erase wall calendars designed to support planning, accountability, tracking, and organization.

Our products may include:

• Hunter’s Trail Camera Calendar
• Live Better. Every Day. Calendar
• Future annual calendar editions
• Dry-erase markers
• Magnetic marker keepers
• Other accessories or products introduced in the future

Product features, designs, colors, dates, dimensions, packaging, accessories, and availability may vary by edition.

3. Annual Calendar Editions

Each Next Level Calendar is designed for a specific year or hunting season.

The dry-erase surface allows customers to write, erase, and update information repeatedly during the applicable year. However, the dates and days of the week are preprinted and cannot be changed.

Customers will need a new edition for the following year to keep the dates and days accurate.

Current product schedules include:

• Hunter’s Trail Camera Calendar: September through August of the following year
• Live Better. Every Day. Calendar: January through December

We plan to release updated editions and may introduce new designs each year. Future designs, features, pricing, and availability are not guaranteed.

4. Hunter’s Trail Camera Calendar

The Hunter’s Trail Camera Calendar is primarily designed to help hunters track target-buck movement, trail-camera activity, weather conditions, observations, property information, and hunting plans.

The calendar may include:

• Moon phases preprinted for each day
• Symbols for recording wind direction
• Temperature tracking
• Time-of-activity tracking
• Trail-camera information
• Target-buck sightings
• Camera locations
• Property notes
• Hunting-season planning

Although designed primarily for whitetail hunters, it may also be used to track hogs, turkey, elk, bear, and other game.

The calendar may also be used for everyday planning, including workouts, vacations, business goals, family events, birthdays, holidays, appointments, property projects, equipment maintenance, and other important activities.

5. Live Better. Every Day. Calendar

The Live Better. Every Day. Calendar is designed as a visual planning and accountability tool.

It may be used to track and organize:

• Weight
• Hydration
• Sleep
• Exercise
• Books read
• Cold-plunge sessions
• Sauna sessions
• Breathwork sessions
• Daily habits
• Appointments
• Vacations
• Business goals
• Birthdays
• Holidays
• Family events
• Personal milestones

The Live Better. Every Day. Calendar for the 2027 calendar year is expected to become available in October 2026 and will cover January through December 2027.

A “Coming Soon” page or waitlist registration does not constitute a purchase, guarantee availability, reserve inventory, or lock in a price.

6. Product-Use Disclaimer

Next Level Calendars are organizational and tracking tools. We do not guarantee that using a calendar will produce any particular hunting, wellness, fitness, business, financial, or personal result.

Hunting Disclaimer

The Hunter’s Trail Camera Calendar does not guarantee that a customer will locate, pattern, encounter, or harvest any particular animal.

Moon phases, recorded conditions, and hunting observations are planning references only. Customers are solely responsible for:

• Following hunting and wildlife laws
• Obtaining required licenses and permits
• Following firearm and bow-safety practices
• Confirming seasons, bag limits, and property boundaries
• Monitoring weather and environmental conditions
• Obtaining permission before entering or hunting property
• Using equipment safely and lawfully

Wellness Disclaimer

The Live Better. Every Day. Calendar is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, psychological, or fitness advice.

Information recorded on the calendar is for personal organization and tracking only. Consult an appropriately qualified professional before beginning or changing an exercise, nutrition, cold-plunge, sauna, breathwork, or health-related routine, especially if you have a medical condition or health concern.

7. What Is Included

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, a calendar order includes:

• One 4-foot-by-3-foot dry-erase wall calendar
• One fine-tip dry-erase marker with an eraser top
• One magnetic marker keeper

Wall tacks, nails, screws, and other mounting hardware are not included.

Metal wall tacks may be used to hang the calendar and provide a metal surface for the included magnetic marker keeper. Customers are responsible for choosing mounting hardware appropriate for their wall type and for installing the calendar safely.

8. Product Information and Images

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, and features accurately.

However:

• Screen settings may affect how colors appear.
• Lifestyle images and product mockups may be used to demonstrate scale or use.
• Minor differences may occur between digital images, samples, and final production products.
• Handwritten entries shown in promotional images are examples and are not preprinted on the product unless specifically stated.
• Decorative objects shown in lifestyle images are not included.

The product-page description and order confirmation identify what is included in a purchase.

9. Prices, Shipping, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Because our calendars are oversized and require specialized packaging, we may include part of the shipping expense in the product price. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charge displayed at checkout.

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected based on the order and delivery location.

Promotional prices, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to separate restrictions and expiration dates.

10. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an email confirming that we received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may contact you, reject an order, or cancel and refund an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorized
• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
• An address is invalid or incomplete
• A material pricing or product-description error occurred
• An order violates these Terms
• We are unable to fulfill the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

11. Payment

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments or another payment provider available at checkout.

Your payment provider may impose additional terms, security checks, holds, or processing requirements. We are not responsible for fees charged directly by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our posted Shipping Policy.

Calendars are rolled and placed in protective corrugated packaging for shipment.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, seasonal volume, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will communicate available options as required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised shipment date or canceling for a refund.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer as determined by applicable law and the shipping terms associated with the order.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within the period stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy and provide:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the calendar
• Photographs of the packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label
• A description of the issue

Do not discard damaged packaging or products until we have reviewed the claim.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes:

• Must be entered before checkout is completed
• Cannot be applied retroactively
• May be restricted to certain products, customers, dates, or quantities
• May not be combined unless expressly permitted
• Have no cash value
• May expire
• May be canceled if obtained or used improperly

We may modify or end a promotion as permitted by law.

15. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are offered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms.

16. Reviews and Customer Content

Customers may be invited to submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, comments, or other content.

You retain ownership of content you create. By voluntarily submitting content to us, you grant Next Level Calendars a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit for formatting, distribute, and use that content in connection with our website, social media, advertising, and business operations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You represent that:

• You created the content or have permission to submit it
• The content is truthful and based on genuine experience
• The content does not violate another person’s rights
• The content is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading

We may decline or remove content that violates these Terms. We will not prohibit or penalize customers for providing honest reviews or opinions about our products or business.

The website and its contents—including the Next Level Calendars name, logos, slogans, product designs, calendar layouts, text, photography, illustrations, videos, graphics, icons, and downloadable materials—are owned by or licensed to Next Level Calendars and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The phrases used by our brand may include:

You may use the website and purchased products for personal, lawful purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce our calendar designs
• Manufacture or sell substantially copied products
• Remove brand or copyright notices
• Use our logos or brand names commercially
• Republish website content
• Scrape or systematically extract website data
• Create misleading social media accounts or websites using our identity

Purchasing a calendar does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or other intellectual property.

18. Acceptable Website Use

You may not use the website to:

• Commit fraud or impersonate another person
• Submit false payment or contact information
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract content using automated means without permission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a product or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Next Level Calendars harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Content you submit
• Fraudulent or unauthorized conduct associated with your account

This section does not apply to claims caused solely by our unlawful conduct.
